THE PARTNERS WE NEED

Image
Many of the relationship you have been building in life would have been based on values and measured according to the metrics you have set. Whether or not you made the right choices is a different story entirely.  Well, it's a good way to start today's topic. Good day to the vast readers of my blog. I hope this isn't your first time reading. If so, thank for coming. I plan to make you come back for more and I really do hope I don't disappoint.  The couple of weeks have been very tensed in the country so far. How are we all holding up? I Suppose we are all better now. A break from the whole issue was necessary. It wasn't as easy as we thought. Everyone's mental health was greatly tested and for many of us with personal issues conjoined, our mental health was in shambles. Well, I could say I am better now and I trust that everyone else is too. Please keep staying safe and out of troubles.  I recently got involved in a project discussion convened by a f...

THE END OF US

Why do you even care so much about a relationship that we know would end someday? Those nostalgic feeling when you see pictures that remind y...

Today I will be doing a review on on my recently read book BAHRIYA, so kindly stay with me as I unfold what BAHRIYA is all about. I want to be a mother that won't bother her daughters even when bothered, when slaughtered, when cluttered and hemmed between refuse in a gutter. I want to wear love on my body like a sea wears a ripple. I seek calmness like the sea, like the shore when the sky is a bed of stars. Who am I ? I am Bahriya! and even if I am not, I want to be like BAHRIYA... Zulfah Adeola Jubril in her recent book Bahriya gave us a snippet on what the Sudanese culture looks like. With the diction she used and the basis of conversation, it was further portrayed that Islam is the largest religion is Sudan. The Muslims have dominated national government institutions in Sudan since her independence in 1...
