Never Give Up; There is Hope Around the Corner

In the light of all of these hardship, breathe the air of hope and be assured that everything will soon be alright.

Hello beloved!
Hope I meet you well. I see and appreciate all your contributions to living a better life. Sooner or later, we will get to the land of promise. Keep the spirit moving.

I come at you this morning as a motivational speaker. I want to perspire you to aspire you today as I take you through this journey. In this journey, challenges are abound.

A friend of mine, Ibrahim (@fotonugget on Twitter) once said that 'the dead doesn't move when the world is burning'. So I will advice that you man up to your challenges now and tell life you can do it. After all, you are all you've got.

The road to self development and self discovery could be very tough and tattered. But (trust me) you need it to excel. Like the popular work of Prof. Tai Solarin says; MAY YOUR ROAD BE ROUGH. It's worth the efforts. We all know the best things to do are the hardest.

Sometimes you have to take what life offers you so as to get ahead. Remember; if life gives you lemon, make lemonade. We don't always get what we want so why fret in the first place? The only time you were ever truly free was when you were still a baby.

Little wonder why babies are very opinionated and passionate about what they want. A baby will vehemently refuse a type of food he doesn't like and gobble down the one he likes. But unfortunately, that isn't applicable to adulthood. According to what they say, adulthood will humble you.

It's not you. In fact, you ain't doing bad at all. Stop living in self hatred. Don't let the critiques get to you for too long? It is the time to start approving and appreciating yourself.
If you are the type that always question your personality and strength, you are allowing your inner critic take over your thoughts and telling you you are not doing well enough. Deny that thought the right to affect your progress. You can't be enough without your own approval.

Sometimes what makes it hard to achieve your goals is the fact that the goals seem so big and far-fetched, especially the lifetime type of goals. This can lead to procrastination and lethargy. The best way to make sure you don't fall into that trap is by trimming your goals down into bite-sized milestones that you can easily achieve one at a time (culled from the book PUSH by Othman Abdul Rasheed)

Well, this is just me reminding you that everyone have there unique stories to tell. We all have battles we are fighting underground. Don't allow your problems consume you. You deserve every bit of happiness in this world.
Trust me, if you hear from others you will be glad you had yours easy.

Do you still think it's too late? Believe in him. If the time is right, it would have happened. Some things are really worth waiting for. To keep your hopes alive and to keep yourself strong, here are few tips I will love to share to you for free. (winks)

*Stay away from everything that affects your mental health.
*Have one or two friends to share your challenges with(it reliefs)
*Bond with family and friends
*Forgive the past
*Stay away from unproductive presence on social media
* Adopt the idea of self care (love and buy things for yourself, take your self out)
*Do not expect too much from people
* Don't trust people too much
*Be yourself everywhere
*Read books
*Take courses online
*Create a name for yourself and let it ring
* Think and adopt the idea of a coping mechanism
*Fight acceptance more than grief
*Do not loose yourself to fit in or satisfy others
*Get knowledge to impact and not to show off
*listen to understand and not to reply
*Pay attention to details (little things that counts)
* Show people how you feel about them
*Look for opportunities
*Do exercise
*Eat on time.
*Sleep when necessary
*Be consistent with whatever it is that you do
*Mind your business
* Take a lot of pictures with people you love.
*Do what makes you happy everytime.

Don't ponder too much about how things might turn out. Remember nothing comes to those that do not make effort.
Dare yourself today.

I will be stopping here for today. Till next time we meet, I remain your loving

Yours in hope,
Teni❤
